Kenneth Obiajulu

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth is a First-Class Graduate of Economics and Business Studies (Marketing Specialization) from Redeemer’s University in Nigeria, Postgraduate Diploma Holder from the Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, an Associate Member of the same Institute and is currently enrolled for his MBA in Leading Innovation and Change from York St. John University, United Kingdom.

Kenneth has worked on several projects spanning across diverse sectors. Kenneth was Innovation Consultant with the World Bank, where he was responsible for mapping innovations that cut across agricultural productivity, livestock, market information, financial services, etc. Kenneth has also worked and consulted for developmental projects funded by Sustainable Food Lab (Food Loss and Waste Project), TechnoServe Inc. (State Partnership for Agriculture), Quantifying African Value Chains (TechnoServe UK), Accenture Nigeria (Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program), Farmcrowdy Limited, etc.

Kenneth started his career in Heineken Nigeria (Nigerian Breweries Plc), where he was Project Support Analyst for the Sona Integration Project in 2010-11. He has worked and consulted for several publicly quoted firms like SCOA Plc, First Aluminum Plc, Accenture, just to mention a few.

Kenneth was appointed Non-Executive Director for three of One Capital LLC portfolio companies in Nigeria and Kenya. Kenneth’s role is to create and expand cross border trade to the Middle East, Southern Africa, Europe and the United Kingdom. He is also responsible for fundraising and investor relations for these businesses.

Kehinde Dabiri

Chief Investment Adviser

Kehinde is a versatile and consummate finance and investment professional with extensive corporate and structured finance experience across Sub-Sahara Africa working with Dunn Loren Merrifield in Nigeria and Atlantic Road Limited in London. 

Kehinde’s corporate financial transaction experience covers mergers and acquisition and capital raising that have resulted in various classes funding of over US$2.5billion to business across various sectors including Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Energy and Telecommunications, Media & Technology.
He has particularly been involved in various landmark corporate financial advisory mandates and transactions in the West African Sub-region. He was core member of the team that advised the World Bank and the Federal Government of Nigeria on the establishment and capitalisation of the Nigeria Mortgage Refinancing Company Plc – a PPP arrangement under the Nigeria Housing Finance Programme, to facilitate long-term funding to support mortgage origination to ultimately improve availability and affordability of mortgages in Nigeria. This mandate columnated with the creation of a N440 Billion Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) issuance programme.

On the back of the NMRC mandate, Kehinde also worked a part of a team that advised the Mortgage Bankers Association of Nigeria on the establishment and implementation of Mortgage Warehouse Funding Programme to provide liquidity to mortgage banks in Nigeria to bolster mortgage origination capacity through an initial N20Billion Asset-Bank Commercial Paper funding programme.
He was also a critical member of the team that advised a Consortium of Promoters consisting of the Federal Government of Nigeria and developmental partners including the World Bank, KFW, AfDB and EIB on the pre-operations set-up, US$1billion equity capitalization and securing an Operating License from the Central Bank of Nigeria for the Development Bank of Nigeria.
Kehinde currently works as a Director at Atlantic Road Limited where he leads the Company’s Structured Trade Arranging business. He sits on the boards of other companies including Atlantic Road Investment Company Limited and Scentimental Supplies Nigeria Limited. He holds a BSc in Banking & Finance from Redeemers University, Nigeria. He also holds an MSc in International Corporate Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom. He is currently a candidate of the CFA Level 2.

Emeka Philip Ndukwe

Chief Operating Officer

Emeka is a versatile and consummate finance and investment professional with extensive corporate and structured finance experience working with Heritage Bank Plc in Nigeria, Aggregate Capital LLC (UK) and TRJ Company Limited in Nigeria.

Emeka is a graduate of Marketing from Madonna University in Nigeria, and over the years he has utilised his skills in building clientele for various financial institutions within Nigeria. While in Heritage Bank, Emeka managed a total balance sheet size of over NGN 2billion. Currently, Emeka serves as Executive Director for TRJ Company Limited where he manages a consumer fund size of over NGN 3billion.

Emeka was appointed Non-Executive Director for one of One Capital LLC portfolio companies in Nigeria. He serves as a Senior Investment Advisor for One Capital and plays a strong role in building the expansion strategy for the business across Africa.
